“Duncan and the company went over and above to return my suitcase to me. I don't know how it happened, but I was very tired at the end of a coach holiday and Duncan was driving a feeder service to a town near my home. After a while waiting for a friend to pick me up, I realised I didn't have my suitcase. I didn't even see them being unloaded and was thinking of finding a safe place in the bus station. I rang Roy's Minibuses and a nice man (Martin) took my details and rang the driver. They arranged for my case to be dropped off at my home later after the end of their journey. He then sent me the driver's number. Sure enough, later on Duncan dropped off my suitcase. I cannot thank them enough! Fantastic service!”

“Excellent service from start to finish....a quick and reasonably priced quote, speedy responses to my emails and changes to pick up and drop off points. Driver, Duncan, was very pleasant and helpful.... getting us right outside the door of our venue, in the centre of Leicester, as it was pouring with rain and being there before our collection time. He was helpful in dropping 2 people off on our way back to the main drop off and delivered us directly to our car park. Very comfortable minibus with leather seats and air con.
